Opening Hours

10am-6pm Daily

In a large pot, add oil or ghee and cook until soft:

2 carrots

1 red bell pepper

1/2 of a sweet onion, chopped

5 cloves of garlic, loosely chopped

Then add:

7-12 tomatoes, depending on size (no need to peel the skins)

Fresh basil and parsley



Cook until tomatoes are soft and watery

Blend (I use an immersion blender, but any blender will do)

Add about 1 cup or more of stock (chicken or vegetable)

Add about 1 cup of plant based milk

Stir or blend again

Enjoy immediately, or freeze for later use!
